Blessing Ekong

Blessing Ekong leads H-CUE's Human Resources and Administration functions, supporting a high-performing, engaged, and professionally managed workforce. Her areas of responsibility include people management, organisational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and administrative operations. She also provides strategic oversight for the Information Technology function, helping to align people, processes and technology with the company's operational and business objectives. Blessing holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) certification. Through her role, she contributes to strengthening organisational capability, workforce effectiveness and business support systems across H-CUE.
