Gbenga Imam

Gbenga Imam is an experienced business leader with over 30 years of professional and leadership experience across multiple sectors, including Marketing, Oil & Gas, Procurement, Hospitality and Catering. As Director and Chief Compliance Officer of H-CUE, he provides strategic oversight for the company's compliance and corporate support functions, including Human Resources, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), Internal Control, Information Technology and Maintenance/Facility Management. His leadership approach centers on strong organizational structures, clearly defined processes, accountability, risk management, and continuous improvement. Through this role, he supports the effective implementation of corporate governance standards, regulatory compliance and operational systems that enable sustainable business growth. Gbenga holds a degree in Biochemistry, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Fellow of the Mentorship and Career Development Institute (MCDI). Drawing on his multidisciplinary experience, Gbenga continues to champion process-driven management, organizational discipline and effective governance as important foundations for operational excellence and long-term business performance.
