Rufus Apata

Rufus Apata is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing catering and hospitality services across onshore, offshore, and swamp locations within the oil and gas industry. As Senior Operations Manager, he oversees H-CUE's industrial catering operations and manages service delivery, camp management, logistics coordination, food safety compliance, and client satisfaction in demanding, remote operating environments. Rufus holds a BSc in Economics and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian Hotel and Catering Institute (NHCI). He is also a Full Member of the Institute of Policy Management Development (IPMD). His operational leadership supports H-CUE's commitment to reliable service delivery, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
